For returns/exchanges, please return your items to the address below – any shipping method is allowed and you do not need prior approval or to acquire an RMA number. Please send us a phone number or other way to reach you in case there are any issues.

For an exchange, please include a note with your desired size/color and return shipping address. Please check our store for current availabilities to make sure we have what you want. You pay to ship it back to us, and we pay for return shipping costs.
If you are requesting a return for refund, please include your online order number with your item. All funds from a return will be refunded onto the credit/debit card (or PayPal Account) used to place the order. Due to PayPal policies, refunds can only be issued within 60 days of the purchase date. In the case of credit/debit card purchase; 180 days from the purchase date is the limit. After these dates, you will receive only store credit on approved returns. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If you receive a damaged, missing or incorrect item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to contact us and resolve the issue. A return/exchange or photo evidence may be required in certain circumstances. A contact phone number and e-mail address for the online store is also included on the packing slip in your order. Please have your order number handy to assist us.
We typically ship within two business days of receiving your order. Your order may arrive any time between 2-9 business days after you place your order and will generally be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail.
Sorry, but Red Brick does not offer any international shipping at this time. We will ship to international couriers, but please note our shipments are packaged only for domestic shipping and Red Brick Brewing Co. releases all responsibility for a package once tracking shows it was delivered to the domestic address provided.
We do ship to AK/HI/PR, military addresses (APO/FPO/LPO) and most US territories. Packages are usually sent via USPS Parcel Post (OR USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes when it fits) and can take up to 2 months depending on the size of the package and the distance, and may not be trackable during this time. You are responsible for making sure your order is compliant with all shipping/customs regulations wherever you are. While we do our best to ensure your order is packaged sufficiently, Red Brick Brewing Co. will not be responsible for damaged/destroyed or lost packages sent to non-continental addresses. We do not suggest buying fragile/perishable items for overseas shipping. Buy at your own risk!
